RESOLUTION NO o 64R-739 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. __ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real p.roperty for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road public utility purposes and ' ' ......... WHERE~ AS, the owners of said property have_~ offered to sell and convey the same t-~the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the city of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ~RVEY HIER_S~. ~ORRAINE G. ~IERS, ROBERT L. DUKES and ELLEN A. DUKES to sell to the City of Anaheim the following de'scribed r~al property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California~ to be used for an easement for road and .public utility purposes .......... , and more particU'la~ly ~escribed as follOws~ An easement over the real property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described~ to the extent of all of their right, title and interest in and to said property. Said property is more particularly described as' An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land, being a portion of the Southwest quarter of the North- east quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the land described in Torrens Title Certificate No. 47 on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles, records of Orange County, California said point being the North and South quarter Section line of said Section 22, distant North 0© 16' 25" West 42.93 feet from the intersection of said line with the center line of Cerritos Avenue, as described in the deed to the County of Orange~ recorded July 15, 1926 in Book 662, page 292 of Deeds; thence North 0° 16' 25" West along said South quarter Section line a distance of 410.73 feet; thence North 89° 57' 00" East 660 feet to 'the East line of said land described in Torrens Title Certificate No. 47; thence North 0° 16' 25'~ West 226.93 feet to the most Southerly corner of the land described in deed to the State of California filed November 1, 1959 as Document No. 21667 in Official Records of said Orange County, said last mentioned South- west corner being the true point of beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence Nor'Ch 66° 00' 1_5'~ West 25.29 feet to a line parallel with and 33.00 feet Southerly, as measured at right angles from the Northerly line of the land described in Torrens Title, Certificate No. 10914, Official Records of Orange County, California; thence South 89° 57' 00" West 305.45 feet along the last mentioned parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve con- cave Northerly and having a radius of 295.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 14° 04' 11" an arc distance of 72.44 feet to the beginning of a tangent reverse curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 205.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 14° 04' 11" an arc distance of 50.34 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant 18.00 feet Southerly, as measured at right angles from t~e Northerly ~ne of the land described in aforementioned Torrens Title Certificate No. 10914, and distant Easterly 210.00 feet from the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence North 0° 16' 25'?
