W~RE.A~ a request has Oeen made for uhe abandonment of an alley and easement for alley purposes upon, over~ across and along uhe properuy hereinafter described; and ~kEAS~ ihe City Council of the City of Anaheim does el. cci to proceed ~'~' un~e~ the provisions of 'the Street Vacation AcU of 1941~ to abandon or vacate said alley and easement for alley purgoses; NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT I~SOLVED by the City Council of · the City of Anaheim that it does hereby declare that it intends to vacate, abandon and close no public use that certain alley and easement for alley purposes upon, over, across and along the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: Than certain alley (15 feet wide) lying between Lot Two (2) and Lot Seventeen (17) in Block 6 of Tract 304, Mills Park Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, page 50 of Miscellane- ous Maps, records of Orange County, California. and that it does elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Ac~e of 1941. BE iT FUKI~iER RESOLVED that reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk for further particulars as to the ~oroposed vacation, abandonment and closing to public use of said [lley and easement for alley purposes. BE IT FURT~U~R i~SOLVED 'that a time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment shall be fixed not less than fifteen (15) days from the date hereof. That the 27th day of October _, 1964, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. !n the Council Cham~er in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing on the matter of such vacation, abandonment and closing to public use of said alley and ease- ment for alley purposes, for all persons interested in or objecting to such proposed vacation, abandonment and closing to public use to appear and show cause, if any they have, why such alley and easement and the use thereof for the purposes hereinabove mentioned should not be vacated, abandoned and closed to public use. -1- STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss CITY OF ANAHEIM ) I, DENE M.
