64-673RESOLUTION NO~ 64R-673 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY--0F ANAHEIM ~'ERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owners___ of said property have to sell and convey the same to the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offe~ and purchase said real property. the City NAKAMURA NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of of Anaheim that the offer of WILSON NAKAMURA and AYAKO ~ husband and wife, and NOBORA NA~AMUgA and TERUKO NAKAMURA, husband and wif__e=_ ..... to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for road and ~ublic ut_~i~it~~ro~__ , ~, and more pa~hlarly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the North 45.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range ii West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a I~p 'recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, lying Easterly of the East line of Tract No. 5108, as shown on a b~p recorded in Book 194, pages 3 and 4 of Mis- cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. Excepting 'therefrom the East 265.00 feet thereof. Also excepting therefrom that certain parcel of land as described in deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded April 14, 1959 in Book 4668, page 276 of Official Records of said Orange County. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by ~he City Council of the City of Ana,eim, and that the City cf Anaheim accept a convey- ante of said p~ope~ty.
