64-617RESOLUTION NO o 64R-617 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE~CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC _~~URPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and public utility pUrposes ~nd WHERE~AS, the owner of said property ha s to sell and convey the same to the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of COVINGTON BROTHERS CONSr~{UCTION COMP_ANY a co-_partnership composed of Raner Corp.~ J__ode CorR. and Le~hman Corp.~ 3~ach a Califo~nz~a corporation~ to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol%owing described real property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California~ to be used for am easement for road and scs ==~ and more part--described as ~follows~ An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page !1 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County~ California, lying parallel with and 32.00 feet on each side of the following described center line.
