West line and said centerline, 114.27 feet to a line measured at right angles to the centerline of Loara Street and Distant South 0© 16' 55'~ East, 400.96 f~et measured along the centerline of said Loara Street from the center- line of Westmont Drive; thence North 89° 43' 05" East, along said line, 379.45 feet to the East line of said Lot; thence South 3© 17' 25" East, along said West line, 133.91 feet to the point of beginning. be excluded from R-O, ONE-FAMILY SUBURBAN ZONE, and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-F~4ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per front foot along Loara Street, for tree planting purposes, and that said sum shall be paid within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant. That the completion of these reclassification pro- ceedings is contingent upon the granting of Variance No. 1644 That subject property shall be developed substantial- ly in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3." That 6-foot masonry walls shall be constructed along the north and. east property lines prior to final building inspection. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and de- termined to be necessary and proper. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 28th day of July, 1964.
