64-538RESOLUTION NO o 6~R-538 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road amd public utility purposes and ' --' WHEREAS, the owner of said property has to sell and convey the same t-~-the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARJORIE L HAMM, a widow, to se-~ to the City of~~ the~fng described real property situated i~ the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California~ to be used for am easement for road and public utilitlM u~oses __9 and more pa~i~ularly described as'Lfollows~ An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured from the center line of Magnolia Avenue) of the North 320.00 feet of the South 832.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of said Orange County. Except that portion included within Tract No. 2874 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 81, pages 38 to 42, inclusive, of said Miscellaneous Maps. Also except that portion lying Westerly of the Easterly line of Tract No. 4750, as per Map recorded in Book 171, pages 30 and 31 of Said Miscellaneous Maps.
