appropriate in the schedule of fees to be charged shall be
deteznnined by the Parl~ and i%ecreation Director with the ap-
proval of the City ~Iansger and shall be fozm~arded to the City
Council fo~3 their approval by minute motion, such schedule to
be amended ~en necessa~3y to reflect changes in costs and each
change to be approved by minute motion of the City Council.
