64-447~SOLUTION NO. 64R-447 A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM _AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 63R-519 AND 63R-520 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62-63-113 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 423 BY AMENDING THE DESCRIPTIONS OF REAL PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN, AND REPEAL- ING RESOLUTIONSv NOS. 64R-217 and 64R-218. ]CHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on June 18, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R-519 in Reclassifica- tion Proceedings No. 62-63-113 finding and determining that the property and area therein described should be changed from the zones in which it was situated to C-i, NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL and R-3, bRILTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONES, as more particularly set forth in said resolution, and did thereafter adopt Resolution No. 64R-217 amending the description of the property contained in Resolution No. 63R-519; and ~EREAS, on June 18, 1963 the City Council did also adopt Resolution No. 63R-520 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 423 on the property proposed to be reclassified in above- mentioned proceedings~ permitting certain uses and waivers on said property as set forth in said resolution, and did there- after adopt Resolution No. 64R-218 amending the description contained in Resolution No. 63R-520; and ~,~HEREAS, since the adoption of said resolutions a portion of the property covered by the above-mentioned actions has been reclassified under separate proceedings--Reclassifica- tion No. 62-63-108, and the City Council does find that said portion of property should be excluded from Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-113 and Conditional Use Permit No. 423. NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-519 in Reclassi- fication Proceedings No. 62-63-113, and Resolution No. 63R-520 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 423 be, and the same are hereby, amended by correcting the description of the property contained therein to read as follows: PORTION ~:A~' Ail that portion of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B & M. in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, described as follows: 1. The Westeri7 280.00 feet of said West Half of said Southwest quarter, excepting therefrom the Southerly 943.00 feet thereof. 2. The Westerly 235.00 feet of the Southerly 681.00 feet of said West Half of said Southwest Quarter, except- ~n~ therefrom the Southerly 310.00 feet thereof PORTION ~'B~;'. That portion of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, -1- Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as said_section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of b~scellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Nornheast corner of the said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said section, being an angle point in the Westerly line of Tract No. 2537, as per map recorded in Book 75, page 38 of said Miscellaneous Maps, also being a point in the Southerly line of Lot 10 of Tract No. 2713, as per map recorded in Book 111, page 42 of said Miscellaneous Maps, South 89° 58' 11" West 4.13 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence South 89° 58' 11" West 387.44 feet along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 2713 and the Westerly prolongation thereof; thence South 0° 40' 06" West 642.83 feet; thence North 89° 19' 54" West 45.00 feet; thence South 0° 40' 06"West 311.17 feet; thence South 89© 57' 09" East 433.66 feet; thence North 0° 35' 05'~ East 954.02 feet to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolutions No. 64R-217 and No. 64R-218, adopted March 31, 1964, be, and the same are hereby rescinded.
