Anaheim did hold a p~bli.~ hearing in Reclassification Proceed-
ings ~o. 63-64-111 rc consider .an amendment to

hereinafter me.r~tioned and described, and at said hearing did
receive evidence an<~ r'ep(:rts from persons interested therein
and from its

for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18
of the Anaheim b~micipal. Code, and the exclusion of said prop-

hearing, a.d did give ali persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at
said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report
of findings, and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council. does find and determine
that the amendment to Title 18 of the Amaheim Municipal Code
should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter
set for th;
lqOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City o£ A~aheim that Ti. tie 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of (?alifornia> to wit;

That portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a ~.~ap of Survey by William Hamel, acknowledged by
Alfred Robinson, Trustee, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the ~
East line of said Lot 7,
North 0° 7' 30" East 670.83 feet -g_rom a bolt in the
pavement marking the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 7; thence South 0~ 7' 30" West along the said
East line 161.70 feet; thence South 74° 38' 30"
West 31.13 feet to a 4 x 4 redwood post; thence South
74° 38' 30'~ West 570.72 feet to a point in the East-
erly line of Tract No. 255, East Anaheim Subdivision,
as shown on a b~p recorded in Book 14, page 25 of
Miscellaneous b~ps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, 466.90 feet North 12° 8' 5" West from a 4 x 4
redwood post at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of
said Tract No. 255 and 0.27 feet North 74° 38' 30"
East from a 4 x 4 redwood post; thence North 12~ 8'
5" West along the Easterly line of said Tract No.
255, 155.20 feet; thence North 74° 34' 15" East 636.30
feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom a strip of land, 30 feet wide, off
the East side included in Placentia Avenue.
be excluded from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and
incorporated in C-O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE Z~, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, along
State College Boulevard, for street lighting pur-
poses.
That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per front foot along
State College Boulevard, for tree planting purposes.
That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along State College Boulevard, as required by
the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, prior to final building inspec-
tion.
That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed
prior to final building inspection.
That plans for the rear portion of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission and City Council prior to tl'~ issuance of
a building permit for said rear portion.

That the ~front portion of subject property shall be
developed substantially-in accordance wi~ plans

marked "Exhibit No. 1."
That Conditions Nos. 1 and 2 above-mentioned shall
be complied with within a period of 180 days from
date hereof, or such further time as the City
Council may grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereb~:~ authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the
Anaheim Hunicipa! Code to accomplish the objects herein found
and determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESDLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 3rd day of June, 1964.
