A RESOL[JTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY AND ALLEY AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, 'to wit' Easements for _road and pub...lic
utility and alley and public utility purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owners___ of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOI..VED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CEDRIC ..A. WHITE, JR., and
RUTH M. WHITE, husbasd .and__wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City' of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for .... rnmd and

PARCEL ONE-
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 10.25 feet of the Northerly 171.25
feet of that portion of Vineyard Lot G-6, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 144.75 feet Westerly, measured at right
angles from the monumented center line of South Palm Street,
now known as Harbor Boulevard, and 38.25 feet Northerly,
measured at right angles from the monumented center line of
West Water Street; thence Northerly parallel with said center
line of South Harbor Boulevard, 513.25 feet to the Northerly
line of property conveyed to Joseph Leo Heinz, by deed
recorded August 23, 1939 in Book 1009, page 174 of Official
Records; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the
property conveyed by said deed to a point 34.75 feet Westerly,
at right angles, from the monumented center line of South
Harbor Boulevard; thence Southerly along a line parallel to
said monumented center line of South Harbor Boulevard,
513.25 feet , more or less, to a point in a line 38.25 feet
Northerly, measured at right angles from the monumented center
line of West Water Street, which line is the Northerly line
of West Water Street, as fixed by that certain deed recorded
January 8, 1927 in Book 10, page 81 of Official Records;
thence Westerly along said Northerly line of West Water Street,

Excepting from said North 171.25 feet the North 114.25
feet thereof.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for alley and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 5.00 feet of the Northerly
171.25 feet of that portion of Vineyard Lot G-6, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 144.75 feet Westerly, measured at
right angles from the monumented center line of South
Harbor Street, and 38.25 feet Northerly, measured at
right angles from the monumented center line of West
Water Street; thence Northerly parallel with said center
line of South Harbor Boulevard 513.25 feet to the
Northerly line of property conveyed to Joseph Leo Heinz,
by deed recorded August 23, 1939 in Book 1009, page 174
of Official Records; thence Easterly along the Northerly
line of the property conveyed by said deed to a point
34.75 feet Westerly at right angles from the monumented

point in a line 38.25 feet Northerly, measured at right

Westerly along said Northerly line of West Water Street,
110 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting from said North 171.25 feet the North 114.25
feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
