64-341RESOLUTION NO. 64R-341 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and - WHEREAS, the owner of said property has to sell and convey the same to the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim tha~ the offer of FOREST LAWN CEMETERY ~ASSOCIATION~ a corporation~ to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes , and more particularly described as fOllows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the center line of Lincoln Avenue, formerly Anaheim-Olive Road) of that portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said North- west quarter with the center line of Lincoln Avenue, as described in deed recorded in Book 275, page 85 of Deeds, of said County; thence North 78° 52' 26" West, along said center line 203.71 feet to a line parallel with and distant Westerly 200.00 feet, measured at right angles from said East line; thence South 0° 10' 46" West 295.93 feet along said p~.rallel line; thence South 89° 49' 14" East 200.00 feet to said East line; thence North 0° 10' 46" East 257.25 feet to the point of beginning. -1- and the sam~ is hereby, accepted ~y the City Council of the City of Anaheim~ ~nd t:h~t: the City of Anaheim accept m convey- of said property.
