64-172RESOLUTION NO o 6z~R- 172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN'"'REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit' Easements for ~o~d and.public.... utility purposes ; and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has to sell and convey the same to the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOI..VED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of BEN HUR OIL CO., ~ corporation, to sell to the City of A~aheim the £ollowing described real property situated in the City of A~:aheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for road and _public utility purposes , ...... , and more particul~'rlY~scribed'""as' f'~'llows' An easement for road and. public utility purposes over, under and across the following described parcel of land: Beginning at the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Brookhurst Street, said point of intersection being for the purpose of this description the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block A in Tract No. 13, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 9, Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along the centerline of said Brookhurst Street a distance of 216.00 feet; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue to an intersection with a line parallel with and 60.00 feet Easterly as measured at right angles from the centerline of said Brookhurst Street; thence Northerly along said parallel line a distance of 124.53 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly, Northeasterly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90© 19' 00" an arc distance of 39.41 feet to an intersection wi'th a line parallel with and 66.00 feet Southerly as measured at right angles from the center- line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence Northerly parallel with the centerline of said Brookhurst Street to th~ centerline of said LJncoln Avenue; thence Westerly along the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue ~o the point of beginning. !£xcepting therefrom any portion thereof lying within Lincoln Avenue, 66.00 feet in width on the North.
