RESOLUTION N0. 64R-155 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for r.o....ad and . public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner s_~__ of said property ha ve offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DELBERT CLUFF and ERMA CLUFF, husband and wife; EDWARD G. WILLIAMS and D.A~ENE WILLIAMS, husband and wife; and BILLY R._CURTIS and RI~P]~ MARIE CIIRT?~q~ husband and wife, ............ to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and .public utility purposes , and more particularly described as fOllows' An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Northerly 32.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the center line of Romneya Drive) of that parcel of land being a portion of the East 100 feet of the North 238.00 feet of those portions of Lots 9 and 10 of Miles Rancho, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 9, Westerly 328.98 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence South 1320.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 10, Westerly 330.92 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 10.
