64-090RESOLUTION NO. 64t-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for public utility purPo, s,,es .......... ; and WHEREAS, the ownerS of said property have to sell and convey the same~ the City; and ~- - offered WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRED R, ISELI and GEORGINE M. ISELI, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orang. e, State of California, to be used for an easement for puhlzc dti- lity purposes , and more particularly described as follows' An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across the Westerly five feet of that parcel of land being a portion of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and running thence South 89° 19' 02" West along the Southerly line of said North half, 162.00 feet; thence North 0° 40~ 58" West 72 feet; thence Easterly to a point on the Easterly line of said North half, distant thereon North 0o 08' 31" West 72 feet from the point of beginning; thence South 0° 08' 31" East 72 feet to the point of beginning.
