64-057RESOLUTION NO. 6'~-57 A ~ESOLDi~iON OF THE CITY GODNCIL OF THE CiTY OF ANAHEIM TEF. MINAriNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERbIIT NO. 317. WHEREAS, heretofore~ to wit~ on January 22, i963~ t'~e o~y Council did adop~ ~.esoluCion No. 63~-64 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 317 permitting the construction of two planned unit developments~ each consisting of four 4-unit aoartment buildings on the property described in said :esoiucion, subject to the condition therein set forth; and WHER~CAS~ the owner of subject property proposes to submit a final tract map of said property to the City Council for approval and to record the same in 'the Office of the ©range County ~lecordez~, and has submitted revised plans for the development of said property to the City Council for approval, and requests chat all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 317 be terminated. NOW, IHEitEFO~E, BE zT i~ESOLVED by ~h~ City Council of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Conditional Dse Permit No. 317 be, and the same are hereby terminated, and that kesolution No. 63R-64 be, and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
