A F~JSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT TITLE
18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING SHOULD BE AME~ED AiYD THAT THE BOUND-
ARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED.
W~REAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
7maheim did hold ,s public hearing in Reclassification Pro-
ceedings No. 63-64-57 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of
~!~e ~.naheim Municip~.i Code ~elatin-'?~ t
.~ ~_ ~ o zoning, and to consider
~ change in the boundar~es of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and. described., and at said hearing did receive evidence
and. reports from persons interested therein and from its staff;
and
WHEiIEAS, within a period of forty days following said
~earin~ thereon the Planning oommission did. duly adopt a resolu-
tion containing a report of 'ts findings, a summary of the
evidence presente~J at ssid hearinii~, and a recon~nendation that
the proposed amendment be adopted by the City Council and that
a certain zone or zones be changed, as hereinafter set forth; and

abuttingl property 'to the west shall be obtained
by the ovmers of subject property, submitted to
the City Attorney for approval, and then re-
corded, in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder prior to the adoption of ~an ordinance
reci~ss~fying subject 'property. ~
2. That 'the completion o~._ these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the granting of
a Conditional Use Permit on subject property.
