RESOLUTION NO. 2004R- 73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated May
11, 2004, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth effective
May 21, 2004, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Non-Represented Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution No.
97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective May 21,2004, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by
changing the salary schedule for the following classifications to read as follows:

2. That, effective October 8,2004, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be May 21,
2004.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No. 97R-
101 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 11 th day of May , 2004, by the following roll call vote:
