The information in this letter is intended to help you to complete your building project with as little inconvenience as possible. STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY The legal property owner shall irrevocably offer to dedicate to the City of Anaheim, an easement for comer cut off at La Palma Ave. and Citron St. The above dedication must be completed prior to the issuance of a building permit.
