Dear Julie;
My company is building 4 (four) multi-million dollar homes in Peralta Hills. Without
power I cannot power up my Central Security System prior to the "Building Final", per
city requirements. Because of this I sustained a $28,000.00 appliance theft in my last
house just completed. My current home at 850 s. Peralta Drive is nearing completion and
will have over $200,000.00 worth of Appliances and Audio Video equipment going into
it before "Electrical Final" can be "Signed-Off' and I will have no security.
I am therefore requesting an Early Meter release before the above equipment is set
pending "Building Final" at 850 s. Peralta Drive. I would also request the same for the
following 3 (three) homes currently under construction, 810 s. Peralta Drive, 820 s.
Peralta Drive, and 830 s. Peralta Drive, Anaheim. Your consideration of this request
