2004-115RESOLUTION NO. 2004R-115 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-126 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 15, 2004, that Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June 18, 2004; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 126 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Supervisory Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended by adding the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as shown: Classifications Salary Range Supervisor of Utilities Automated Systems XU CR10 . That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amend by deleting the following classifications: Classifications Salary Range Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor Methods and Standards Supervisor Planning Graphics Supervisor Stores Supervisor XU CR05 X CR14 XU CR10 XU CR04 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-126 is June 18, 2004.
