A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 15, 2004, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective June 18, 2004; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Non-Represented Part-
Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:

That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by adding the following job
classifications and allocating them to the salary range as shown:
Salary
Classification Range
Graduate Intern CR00
Staff Aide CR00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 97R-101 is June 18, 2004.
AND, BE IT FURTHER ESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 97R-
101 shall remain in full force and effect.
