A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REQUESTING THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION CHANGE THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, on December 2, 1992, by Resolution
No. PC92-148, approved the "Preliminary Plan for the Commercial/Industrial Redevelopment Project" and
selected the boundaries of the proposed project area; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Anaheim, on October 5,
1993, by Resolution, recommended that the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency request that the Planning
Commission change the previously selected boundaries of the project area to exclude certain properties; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency now desires that the boundaries of the project area
previously selected by the Planning Commission be changed to exclude certain properties from the project
area; and
WHEREAS, Section 33326 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (California Health
and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq.) authorizes the Planning Commission to make such boundary
changes, with the approval of the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency as follows:
SECTION 1. The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereby requests that the Planning
Commission change the previously selected boundaries of the project area to exclude certain properties, as
shown in the project area maps, attached hereto as Exhibits "A-l" and "A-2" and incorporated by reference
herein, by selecting and designating as the proposed project area for the Commercial/Industrial
Redevelopment Project the area described in the "Legal Description of Project Area", attached hereto as
Exhibits "B-l" and "B-2" and incorporated by reference herein, and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
hereby approves of such changes.
SECTION 2. The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes Agency staff to amend
documents pertaining to the project as necessary and appropriate to reflect such boundary changes.
SECTION 3. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and directed to transmit
a copy of this resolution to the Planning Commission.
