The authorized representative of the PLACENTIA,YORBA LINDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter 'District') has
reviewed the building proposal for ADDITIONAL Residential Construction located at 1782 N. Sabel Court, ANAHEIM, CA
92807 (759 SOFT) and has collected fees of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS AND 161100 CENTS. The
Project has been evaiuated and has been determined that the fees imposed are necessary to meet the cost of providing
education for students resulting from the Project, and that the District facilities cannot accommodate this new enrollment of
students without reconstruction or construction of new school facilities consistent with the
District's facilities plan.
This will certify that the above.named ProponenVApplicant has paid schooi facilities fees In compliance with Government Code
Sections 53080 and 65995, and that building permits for the square footage in this proposed development may now be issued by
your jurisdiction.
