A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:45 p.m. on February 24, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:32 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$137,163.33 for the period ending February 21, 1995 and $321,590.12 for the
period ending February 27, 1995, in accordance with the 1994-95 Budget, were
approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 and 2: On motion by Agency Member Daly, seconded by
Agency Member Feldhaus, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving the First Amendment to the South of Romneya Revitalization
Cooperation Agreement by and among the City of Anaheim, Anaheim Housing
Authority, and Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (revitalization of property on
Citron Street from Romneya to La Palma - 11.5 acres). (Continued from the
meeting of February 14, 1995.)
2. 161: Approving minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meetings held
January 17, January 24, and February 7, 1995.
Agency Member Tait abstained on the minutes of the meetings of January 17 and
January 24, 1995.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Zemel
