Dear Mr. Danish:
The Department of Public Works Department staff has reviewed the plans for your building permit
application, at the subject location, for conformance with City requirements associated with street right-
of-way, traffic, sanitation, street improvements, sewer, drainage, grading, and land subdivision. The
information in this letter is intended to help you to complete your building project with as little
inconvenience as possible. The Department of Public Works policies, procedures, standard details and
fee schedule are availahle on the City of Anaheim Permit Assistance Center webpage (www.anaheim.net
- see "Quick Links on left side of the homepage).
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS & FEES
Additional street right-of-way is required along South Street in conformance with condition no. 32 of
V AR2004-04608. The right of way is currently 32 feet from the street centerline. The new right of way
will be 45 feet from centerline and include a comer cutoff for a sidewalk access ramp. The legal property
owner must sign an easement deed prior to clearance for your building permit.
A copy of the grant deed or title report for the property, legal description and sketch prepared by your
civil engineer or land surveyor, address and telephone number of the legal vested owner and a $ 342
service fee deposit is required to prepare the easement deed. Contact Ms. Christine Pilapil in the Real
