Construction of the structural/seismic modification work for this project was performed by
the contractor, Lusardi Construction Company, between September 2004 and January 2005.
LZA Technology, a division of Thomton- Tomasetti Group Inc., performed approximately 10
site visits at various times during the construction process. To the best of our knowledge,
the construction has been completed in general conformance with the approved plans and
structural sketches SKI through SK45, and all reported deficiencies have been resolved.
