Why place a blanket of crushed rock over an existing concrete driveway and sand bags along the area of existing lawn? Recommend placing sand bags along the east and west side of the existing front residential unit to establish sediment control and the existing concrete drive is a stable construction entrance. A general note can be added to maintain site and sweeping of any sediment that may track on to City right-of-~ay.
