A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:45 p.m. on June 12, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:35 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$227,164.51 for the period ending June 12, 1992, in accordance with the
1991-92 Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Ami Adini and Associates, in an amount
not to exceed $100,000 for professional environmental assessment services,
and authorizing the Executive Director to execute said agreement on behalf of
the Agency.
2. 161: Awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, R.B.
Industries, in the amount of $124,620 for graphics package - interior graphics
for the City Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I; and in the
event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding
the contract to the second low bidder, as well as waiving any irregularities
in the bids of both the low and second low bidders.
3. 161: Approving minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting held May 12,
1992.
