A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 2:45 p.m. on February 10, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:11 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$4,008.67 for the period ending February 10, 1995, in accordance with the
1994-95 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
1. 123: FIRST AMENDMENT TO SOUTH OF ROMNEYA REVITALIZATION COOPERATION
AGREEMENT:
To consider approving the First Amendment to the South of Romneya
Revitalization Cooperation Agreement by and among the City of Anaheim, Anaheim
Housing Authority, and Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (revitalization of
property on Citron Street from Romneya to La Palma - 11.5 acres).
Submitted was report dated February 14, 1995 from the Community Development
Department recommending approval of the subject First Amendment.
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. Staff is
requesting a continuance of this item for two weeks to February 28, 1995. She
confirmed for the Chairman that she believes the final agreements will be
ready in two weeks.
MOTION: Authority Member Daly moved to continue the subject item for two
weeks to February 28, 1995. Authority Member Zemel seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT.' Authority Member Daly moved to adjourn, Authority Member
Feldhaus seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (6:12 p.m.)
