A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 3:13 p.m. on December 15, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:07 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of $829.12 for the period ending December 15, 1995, in accordance with
the 1995-96 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Housing Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I -2: on motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by
Authority Member Zemel the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

123: Approving an Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement (Operation
Bootstrap) between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim
Housing Authority; and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary of the
Authority to execute said Agreement.
123: Approving the Second Amendment to the Operation Bootstrap
Affordable Housing Agreement (Park Vista Apartments Subsidy Program)
between the Anaheim Housing Authority and Chevy Chase Anaheim Partners,
a California limited partnership and Anavest, Inc., a California
corporation; and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary of the Authority
to execute said Agreement.

November 14, 1995.
