PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS:
Pastor Wylie Drake, Buena Park. He is appealing to the Authority to consider
the historical benefits of Set Free and the housing benefits they have brought
to the City. The Authority can do a much better job in the City if Set Free
remains. As they try to rebuild the City, they will be doing a terrible
disservice if they force Set Free out.
Chairman Daly interjected and stated that no one has mentioned that they were
forcing Set Free out of the City.
Wylie Drake. He continued that 45 years ago in Little Rock, where he was
from, he heard a lot of comments about the Housing Authority and Redevelopment
Agency in that City redeveloping Little Rock because they did not have the
right kind of people downtown. He urged the Authority to work together with
Set Free Ministry.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Simpson the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Feldhaus was absent.

Certificates).
