A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Mousing Authority was
posted at 12:55 p.m. on August 13, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:42 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,927.20 for the period ending August 13, 1993, in accordance with the
1992-93 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Mousing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 5: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded
by Authority Member Daly the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving the Fourth Amendment to the Land Disposition and
Development Agreement by and among the City of Anaheim, Anaheim Housing
Authority, the Redevelopment Agency and Chevy Chase Partners, Incorporated,
doing business as Park Vista Apartments.
2. 123: Approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the Mousing
Authority and the Orange County Social Services Agency specifying the
procedures for implementation of the Family Unification Program; and
authorizing the Executive Director to sign the MOU.
3. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AMA93-4: A RESOLUTION OF TME ANA~EIM MOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8
OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974. (For 25
Section 8 Family Unification Program Mousing Certificates, in accordance with
the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy.)
4. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8
OF TITLE II OF TME MOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974. (75 Section
8 Housing Certificates and 75 Vouchers, in accordance with the Comprehensive
Housing Affordability Strategy.)
5. 177: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meetings held
June 22, 1993 and June 29, 1993.
