Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5'38 p.m.
MINUTES' Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting held December 5, 1989. Authority Member Hunter seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$12,362.89 for the week ending December 15, 1989; $1,420.54 and $4,528.11 for
Public Housing Authority Bonds for the week ending December 22, 1989 and
$1,192.71 and $5,374.13 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the week ending
December 29, 1989, in accordance with the 1989-90 budget, were approved.
1, 177,137; FINANCING ACQUISITION OF A SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT - 1660-1664
WEST BROADWAy (BELAGE MANOR): Submitted was report dated December 26, 1989,
from the Housing Development Manager, Eric Nicoll, recommending authorizing
the issuing of revenue bonds for the purpose of providing financing for a
multi-family rental housing development by Hyuk Lee and Shin Yung Lee.
Mr. Nicoll answered questions posed by Authority Members relative to the
recommendation clarifying that this was a preliminary step authorizing the
inducement to sell the subject bonds. There is no financial liability other
than to issue bonds as a government agency.
Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA90-1 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
