A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:05 p.m. on February 2, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:06 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 2, 1990. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,772.01 for the week ending ~anuary 26, 1990; $1,180,385.48 for the week
ending February 2, 1990: and $1,000 in public Housing Authority Bond Funds, in
accordance with the 1989-90 budget, were approved.
177.158; APPROVAL OF SALE - HERITAGE PARK APARTMENT PROJECT: Submitted was
report dated January 24, 1990 from the Housing Development Manager,
recommended approval of the subject and execution of documents relating
thereto by the Director of Community Development.
Agency Member Hunter moved to (1) approve the sale of the Heritage Park
Apartment project from TM Heritage Park/Anaheim, Ltd., to Ross Patrick
McDaniel and Jeannette Louise McDaniel, Co-trustees, as to an undivided 15%
interest and Challenger Park, Inc., as to an undivided 85% interest, through a
tax-deferred exchange transaction provided by Exchanged Titles, Inc.: and (2)
authorizing the preparation and execution by the Director of Community
Development of certain loan documents pertaining to the sale of the Heritage
Park Apartment project. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT; Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member
