A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:50 p.m. on February 8, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:50 p.m.
MINUTES: Authorxty Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held December 18, 1990. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HouSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$3,506.30 for the week ending February 8, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91
Budget, were approved.
1. 123: ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR SECTION 8 PROGRAM:
Submitted was report dated January 28, 1991 from Bertha Chavoya, Housing
Manager recommending approval of the subject.
Authority Member Daly offered Resolution No. AHA91-1 for adoption approving
Superseding Part I of Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate program
Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498 (E) and authorizing
execution thereof. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(E) AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF.
