A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:10 p.m. on May 3, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:06 p.m.
MINUTES: Council Member Hunter moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings of April 2, April 9 and April 16, 1991. Council Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$18,344.82 for the week ending April 26, 1991 and $10,379.76 for the week
ending May 3, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91 Budget, were approved.
1. 123: ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT AMENDMENT - SECTION 8 PROGRAM:
Submitted was report dated April 19, 1991 from the Housing Manager Bertha
Chavoya recommending approval of the Subject Amendment.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No AHA91-9 for adoption, approving
amended Exhibit II to Part I of Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program
Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498(V), and authorizing
execution thereof. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER
PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(V) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
