A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:10 p.m. on August 23, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:35 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings of June 18 and June 25, 1991. Authority Member Daly seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,331.27 for the period ending August 23, 1991, in accordance with the 1991-92
Budget, were approved.
1. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-11: Authorizing execution of Amendment No. 6 to
Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498 (K). (Section 8 Housing
Assistance Payments Program Moderate Rehabilitation.)
Authority Member Daly offered Resolution No. AHA91-11 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-11: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO. SF-498(K).

2. 123: Approving the Operation Bootstrap Affordable Housing Agreement with
Chevy Chase Anaheim Partners to provide Operation Bootstrap rental subsidy
funds for up to thirty Iow-income families at the Park Vista Apartments
Project; and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said Agreement.

MOTION: Authority Member Daly moved to approve the Operation Bootstrap
Affordable Housing Agreement with Chevy Chase Anaheim Partners to provide
Operation Bootstrap rental subsidy funds for up to thirty iow-income families
at the Park Vista Apartments Project; and authorizing the Chairman and
Secretary to execute said Agreement. Authority Member Ehrle seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
