A complete copy of the aqenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:00 p.m. on December 31, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containinq all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetin~ held December 1 and December 8, ]987. Authority Member Hunter
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$906.11 and $62,017.62 in Public Housi~q Authoritv Bonds, in accordance with
the ]987-88 Budqet, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authoritv Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the fo]]owinq actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Aqenda:
1. ]77.]37: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-]: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FINANCING FOR MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY HORIZON
VILLAGE LTD. (in the amount of $5,000,000 for a proposed 80 unit senior
project bv Horizon Vil]aHe Ltd. to be located at 835 South Brookhurst Street)
2. 177.137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FINANCING FOR MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY NEWPORT
PACIFIC REALTY & INVESTMENT CORPORATION. (in the amount of $9,000,000 for ~

Citv Attornev, Jack White, recommended that no action be taken regarding
Closed Session and that the matter be reschedu]ed for a later meeting.
