The Acting Secretary called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:25 p.m. on March 1, 1988 and adjourned same for lack
of a quorum to 6:32 p.m.

A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:15 p.m. on February 26, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held February 9, 1988. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
~3,455.21 and ~657.64 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution
No. AHA88-5 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.159: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-5: Directing the filing and posting of
prevailing rates of per diem wages, pertaining to public works.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES
PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.

a. Claim submitted by Anna Garcia, et al. for property damage
sustained purportedly due to actions of the Anaheim Housing Authority on or
about July 9, 1987.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Ehrle
