A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:30 p.m. on March 25, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:44 p.m.

MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held February 23 and March 8, 1988. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,013.12 and $50,094.50 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the period
ending March 18, 1988, and $2,296.34 and $17,840.24 in Public Housing
Authority Bonds for the period ending March 25, 1988, in accordance with the
1987-88 Budget, were approved.
Recess to Closed Session to confer with its attorney regarding pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to.wit:
Condemnation - Wheatland - Orange County Superior Court Case
No. 53-80-81.
City Attorney Jack White announced that since the foregoing matter was covered
under the City Council's Closed Session, it was not necessary for any action
to be taken at this time.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOLSUqMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARtLIED. (1:45 p.m.)
