A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:15 p.m. on August 5, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:49 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held June 28 and July 12, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,376.52 for the week ending July 29, i988 and $204,426.94 in Public Housing
Authority Bond Funds; 908,293.77 for the week ending August 5, 1988 and
$514.30 in Public Housing Authority Bond Funds, in accordance with the 1988-89
Budget, were approved.
177.123: SELECTION OF DEVELOPER FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING RENTAL PKOJECT:
Submitted was report dated August 1, 1988 from the Community Development
Department, recommending approval of the Affordable Rental Housing Agreement.
Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the selection of Brookhollow
Apartment Associates as the developer of an affordable housing rental project
(consisting of 176 units) for the City surplus site at the northeast corner of
Brookhurst Street and Crescent Avenue, as recommended in memorandum dated
August 1, 1988 from the Community Development Department. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. Authority Member Hunter was absent. MOTION
CARRIED.

ADJObRNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Authority Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
