A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:30 p.m. on December 16, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:41 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$484.09 and $40.93 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the
1988-89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS; On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA88-16 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.123: Approving an agreement with Sedway Cooke Associates, in the
amount of $38,030 for professional consulting services to prepare an updated
housing element for the City's General Plan, and authorizing the Chairman and
Secretary to execute said agreement on behalf of the Authority.
2. 177,114: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-16: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHROITY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY CONCERNING REGULAR MEETING TIMES.
