A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:30 p.m. on February 3, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:47 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAi~.~IM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,065,951.32 and $46.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
177.123: FUNDS TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN UNION BANK AND ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve a Funds Transfer
Agreement with Union Bank to allow telephonic, electronic, written or oral
transfer of funds for certain savings disbursement accounts, and authorized
the Chairman, Treasurer, and Finance Director to execute said agreement, as
recommended in memorandum dated January 25, 1989 from the Housing Programs
Manager Bertha Chavoya. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member
