A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:30 p.m. on March 31, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:53 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held February 28 and March 7, 1989. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,626.56 and $175.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the week ending
March 24, 1989; $9,975.68 and $37.92 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the
week ending March 31, 1989, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were
approved.
177.123: EMINENT DOMAIN AND SPECIAL COUNSSL SERVICES: Authority Member
Pickler moved to (1) approve an agreement with Oliver, Stoever, Barr &
Einboden to provide eminent domain services to the Housing Authority, and (2)
approve an agreement with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth as Special Counsel
to the Housing Authority, as recommended in memorandum dated March 28, 1989.
Authority Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:54 p.m.)
