A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 12:35 p.m. on July 21, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:39 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL D~DS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$971.58 and $10,595 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the
1989-90 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS; On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.137: Approving a Negative Declaration which finds and determines that
the proposed project, as reflected in the initial study and comments received,
will have no significant effect on the environment, and that an Environmental
Impact Report need not be prepared for the 228 unit affordable multifamily
project (Brookhollow Apartments).
2, 177,137: RESOLUTION NO, AHA89-10: A RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE PUPROSE OF
FINANCING THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL RENTAL
PROJECT AND RELATED FACILITIES.
177.137: Approving the submission of application to the California Debt Limit
Allocation Committee for an allocation of mortgage revenue bonds for
BrookhollowApartments.
3. 177.109: Ratifying the submission of an application to the California
Debt Limit Allocation Committee for allocation of mortgage revenue bonds for
the Anaheim Hills Senior Project.
