A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 1:45 p.m. on July 28, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:49 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held June 27, 1989. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$7,396.32 and $2,365.26 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1989-90 Budget, were approved.
177.123; AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTgACT - SECTION 8 MODERATE
REHABILITATION PROGRAM; Submitted was report dated July 25, 1989 from the
Housing Manager, Bertha Chavoya.
Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA89-11 for adoption,
authorizing execution of Amendment No. 4 to Part I of the Annual Contributions
Contract No. SF-498 (K) Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Moderate
Rehabilitation. Refer to Resolution Book.
