A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:20 p.m. on November 22, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:50 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 3 and November 7, 1989. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$4,811.19 for the week ending November 17, 1989 and $1,899.88 for the week
ending November 22, 1989, in accordance with the 1989-90 Budget, were approved.
177.123: Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA89-17 for
adoption, approving superseding Part I of Section 8 Housing Certificate
Program Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498(E) and authorizing execution
of said contract amendment by the Chairman, as recommended in staff report
dated November 14, 1989 from the Community Development Department. Refer to
Resolution Book. ~
RESOLUTION NO, AHA89-17; A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION.
