A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:30 p.m. on May 1, 1987 at the Civic Center front lobby window,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:40 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 14, 1987. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion. One
Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,006.11 and $11,583.20 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123: Authorizing an agreement with Masciel Development Company in the
amount of 3152,500, to construct two condominiums at 1023 Part Street, Lot 12.
End of Consent Calendar.
RECESS - CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney JackWhite requested a Closed Session
to confer with the Housing Authority regarding pending litigation pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to wit; Houpa Mucarla et al. vs. the
Anaheim Housing Authority, 0ran&e County Superior Court Case No. 44-67-84.
Councilwoman Kaywood seconded the motion. One Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.

AFTER RECESS: The Chairman called the meeting to order, all Agency Members
being present. One Vacancy. (1:52 p.m.)
