Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:39 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
, ,
meetings held March 24 and March 31, 1987. Authority Member Kaywood seconded
the motion. One Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAJ~ST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$842,171.'83 and $38,287.50 in Public Housi~Authority Bonds, in accordance
with the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CAT~NDAR ITEMS: (Fa motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furaished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution
No. ANAR7--9 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.158: Authorizing the Chairman to execute a letter on behalf of the
Housing Authority withdrawing its interest to purchase a State owned parcel
located at the junction of the 55 and 91 Freeway Interchange.
2. 177.152: RESOLUTION NO. AHAB7-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPR0VINGANAMENDMENT TO SECTION 401 OF TEE BY-LAWS: AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED POSITIONS TO BIND THE ANAMEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY TO CERTAIN
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTRACTS WITH LANDLORDS: AND RATIFYING TEE
EXECUTION OF CERTAIN CONTRACTS. (Authorizing an amendment to Section 401 of
the by-laws, authorizing the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director,
Housing Programs Manager, Housing Programs Coordinator and Senior Housing
Specialist to execute Housing Assistance payments)
