Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:06 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held June 10, 1986. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Roth abstained since he was not present at that meeting.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
~1,979.81 and ~5,499.81 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. AHA86-6 for adoption.
1. 177/123: Terminating agreements with Control Data Corporation & Union
Bank effective August 31, 1986 and authorizing a Compensation Agreement with
Union Bank.
2. 177/123: R~$OLUTION NO. AHA86-6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH UNION BANKAND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(Authorizing a General Depositary Agreement with Union Bank for deposit of
certain monies in connection with housing projects)
